Kya's 30lbs in 30days with London Personal Trainer Dax Moy

I am very excited to begin London personal trainer Dax Moy's 30lb in 30 days challenge on Monday http://www.mylondonpersonaltrainer.com. I, like most, have struggled with weight fluctuation over the years. I tried many diets, but none that encouraged me to make a lifestyle change.

My stats:Age: 38Height: 5'6 3/4Weight: 205Bust: 42 inchesHips: 44 inchesThighs: 40 inches (measured standing with both legs together)Calves 34 inches (measured standing with both legs together)I look forward to sharing this journey with everyone and hope to inspire some along the way.   3. So I did not post on Day 1 because I stumbled quite a bit. Both physically and mentally. Doing my first workout mid-day had it's challenges. It was very hard to complete. I also realized that I had not packed enough food for the day and found myself wanting a diet soda or candy to increase my energy. I'm proud to say that I did not give in to either temptation. Dax was definitely right about withdrawals...I felt like an addict. Instead of indulging, I got up from my desk, took a walk, drank some water and finished out my workday. Got home and started the next workout and realized I did not have enough energy to complete it.

    Initially, I felt disappointed in myself. I was ready to send Dax and email letting him know I couldn't do it. Then I looked at myself in the mirror and decided I was worth it. I made this commitment to myself and I didn't want to let myself down. I knew that if I did not complete this 30 days, it would just be more of the same. I am ready to change. I went to bed at 9 pm so I would feel refreshed for the next day.

    Here I am on Day 2 and my day started like this:

    5:00 am alarm went off and I hit the snooze button
    5:15 am alarm goes off and I slide out of bed, turned on my I-POD with my eyes half shut

    You all know what comes next...First Meltdown begins in 5...4...3...2...1

    I focused and I completed my 4X4

    By the end of the workout, I had already drank a Liter of water.

    5:40 took a shower

    6:00 Had breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Steamed Spinach, 1 banana

    8:30 Arrive at my desk for work eating carrots and drinking water


    My density for day 2 is:

    Pushups 31
    Squats 43
    Shoulder Press 48
    Stepback Lunge 26
    Spiderman 18
    Step Through Lunge 28
    Curl 50
    Press Squat 43
